At Shakti Sankalp Safar (operated by Oxyhunger Foundation), we serve a social cause committed to youth fitness, environmental responsibility, and a drug-free India. We value every contribution made to support this mission.
However, as a non-profit initiative, we follow a strict refund policy to ensuring the funds raised are utilized effectively for the mission’s on-ground needs.
All contributions made via the “Sponsor a Kilometer” program or general donations are treated as voluntary charitable gifts.
General Rule: Once a donation is made, it is non-refundable.
Reasoning: Funds are immediately allocated to daily logistics (nutrition, hydration, cycle maintenance) and mission activities (tree plantation, awareness materials), making reversal difficult.
We understand that technology can sometimes fail. We will consider refund requests only in the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Transactions: If a technical glitch caused your account to be debited twice for the same transaction.
Incorrect Amount: If a system error processed an amount different from what you authorized.
Note: Remorse or a change of mind after making a donation is not a valid ground for a refund.

Full Name
Transaction ID / Reference Number
Date and Time of Transaction
Proof of Deduction (Screenshot or Bank Statement)
Reason for Refund Request
Verification: Our team will verify the transaction with our payment gateway partner.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method (Source Account).
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
