These funds are used for nutrition, cycle maintenance, logistics, tree plantations, and the final Everest summit attempt.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed via third-party UPI apps or payment gateways. We do not store your banking details or PINs on our servers.
Refund Policy: As a charitable contribution towards a social cause, all donations are final and non-refundable.
Tax Exemption: Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Please contact us for receipts.
The website invites users to “Cycle a Few Kilometers” or host “Awareness Sessions.”
Assumption of Risk: If you choose to physically join the cycling expedition (“Cycle with Me”), you do so entirely at your own risk. The Oxyhunger Foundation, Subodh Vijay Gangurde, and associated partners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during participation.
scheduling: Requests for Awareness Sessions are subject to the cyclist’s current location, route schedule, and availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule sessions based on logistical constraints.
